Our cakes and sweet bakes are made with everyday baking ingredients such as flour, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, chocolate and flavourings. A full ingredient list for your chosen product is provided on request before your order is confirmed.
Our bakes may contain or come into contact with cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya, nuts and peanuts. Products are made in a kitchen where these ingredients are handled, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from a particular allergen. Please tell us about allergies when you enquire.
Keep your bakes in a cool, dry place in the packaging provided, away from direct sunlight and strong smells. Items with fresh cream or fresh fillings should be refrigerated and specific guidance will be given with those orders.
Everything is baked fresh for your date. Cakes and traybakes are best enjoyed within a few days, and cookies and brownies within a few days of delivery. We will confirm the guidance that applies to your order.
Free local home delivery is available within our delivery area. Delivery day and approximate time are agreed when your order is confirmed, and we ask that someone is available to receive your bakes.
Occasionally an ingredient, decoration or colour may be unavailable. If a substitution is needed we will contact you first and agree it with you before baking.
